At Katherine & Paul London, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Return Conditions

A return can only be requested once you have physically received your item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition, with all original tags still attached.

You may try the item on to check the fit, but it must not be worn or used beyond this.

Please do not intentionally order the same item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them.

Return Procedure

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, including any customs charges, duties or other additional costs that may apply.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and provided that it meets the return conditions above, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for parcels reported as lost when the tracking information confirms that the order was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered when placing an order is correct.

Any changes to the shipping address must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order.
